广州谛科成立于2003年，公司总部位于广州市天河区繁华商业地带，下属广州蒙尔特面材制品有限公司、肇庆富盛复合材料有限公司等二家子公司。公司生产基地在广东肇庆大旺高新开发区.主要业务涉及高分子复合材料、聚合物改性、光固化等领域及相关特殊化学品的研发、生产和销售。
