潍坊海天棉纺有限公司改制于1998年7月1日，是一家集棉花收购加工、纺纱、织布于一体的特大型股份制企业。现有员工 3800人，固定资产净值3.8亿元。纺纱三个事业部，年收购加工棉花8000吨，的纺纱设备18万纱锭，气流纺6000头，进口喷气织机298台，剑杆织机700台，其中高速剑杆300台，有梭织机200台。
公司拥有自营进出口权，于2001年通过ISO9001质量体系认证，产品销往美国，欧盟，土耳其，香港，韩国，埃及，摩洛哥，巴西，哥伦比亚等国家和地区。

Which was built on July 1, 1998, is an oversize joint-stock company including cotton purchasing and processing, spinning and weaving .Now it has 3800 workers, fixed assets 380 million USD.The spinning factory has 3 plants. The company has advanced spinning machine 180,000 spindles，6000 sets of open-end equipments, 298 sets of import air-jet looms, 700 sets of rapier looms，200 sets of shuttle looms.
The company has self-run import and export certification, in 2001, the company got the ISO9001-2000 system certification. All the yarn are sold to the USA, Euro, turkey, Hongkong, Korea, Egypt, Maroco, Brazil, and Colombia Etc.
