The company is specialized in manufacturing various auto clutch discs and clutch covers. The annual production capacity is now up to 700,000 units. Over 70% of our products are exported globally to Europe, North America and Middle East, etc. and about 30% are for original equipment manufacturer, the annual sales volume reach to RMB 60 million.

The company sesses its own auto clutch R&D center with a strong technical team of 25 engineers and supported by advanced CAD/CAM software for tools and product aided design and manufacture. So we are professional in developing various auto clutch and mechanical products independently. We have already developed out almost 500 types of products successfully with a wide range covering over 40 brands of vehicles including GM, BMW, Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, Mazda, Nissan, Mitsubishi and etc.

The whole set of machining, heat-treating equipment and testing facilities enable us to satisfy our customers with high quality, such as different kinds of punch and hydraulic press machine from 10~1000tons, automatic heat-treating line, digital controlled lathe and machining center, and synthesized performance testing equipment, fatigue testing machine for clutch cover and disc, etc. Our in-process testing capability enables immediately feedback and correction to the process that guarantees that our products can consistently meet the requirements of our customers.

The company also continuously introduces advanced management models, achieved the ISO9002 certification in April 1998, and the QS9000 certification in December 2001, and we are introducing TS16949 in 2004.

Owing to our outstanding achievement in operation and management, we have already gained multinomial titles from national, provincial, municipal, regional governments, as well as good reputation in high quality and well service in our field.
