鸿洋神海洋生物技术产业有限公司投资7200多万元建立三个软胶囊分公司-----海洋生物公司、福祥生物公司和百合生物公司。现拥有标准厂房7600余平米，有大型进口软胶囊生产线11条，年生产软胶囊达32亿粒，现有FDA、GMP、HACCP和ISO9000认证5个，为国内外290余位客商代加工生产各种保健食品、彩弹、精华素、浴珠等软胶囊品种达120余种，有近40个品种出口欧盟、东南亚、美国、加拿大、日本等**和地区，出口比例占生产量的三分之一。
Our company invested more that ￥72 million to set up 3 softgel subordinate enterprises that covers an area of 7600 square meters, that is HongYangShen Ocean Biotechnology Co.,Ltd, Fuxiang Biotechnology Co.,Ltd, and baihe Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.. it sesses 11 softgel production line that imported from Korea, and can process all kinds of softgels of 3.2 billion annual. Now, the Company has been approved of 5 certificates, that is GMP, ISO 9001, HACCP and FDA certificate. The Company can process more than 120 varieties of health food, paintball, Skin & Facial oil etc., among the, more than 40 varieties of products exports to EU, South East Asia, America, Canada, Japan and so on, about 1/3 of the quantities exported to foreign countries.
我公司还是中国**早生产多烯鱼油的工厂之一，参与制定了**<<多烯鱼油及制品>>质量标准，我们依靠鸿洋神集团的远洋捕捞优势，鱼油从远洋捕捞、压榨、精制、分子蒸馏等实现一条龙生产，保证了鱼油的纯正与新鲜，我们有三条分子蒸馏生产线和完善的检测设备，可以将鱼油的DHA和EPA精制到90%以上，我们现有鳕鱼油、金枪鱼油、沙丁鱼油及鱿鱼油10余种，年可生产保健级和**品级鱼油920余吨，精炼鱼油3200吨，出口近二十余个**和地区。
Our Company is the Quality Demonstration Base of National Polyunsaturated fish oil, and it is one of first factory to produce polyunsaturated fish oil in China, It took part in the formulation of national Quality Standard <Polyunsaturated Fish oil>. Depending on the predominance of HongYangShen Group, Our Company realized the continuous production, such as Deep Sea fishing, pressing, refining, molecular distillation etc. It guaranteed the fresh and purity of fish oil. At present, our Company sesses 3 pieces of molecular distillation production line and 3 sets of gas chromatography, it can refine the content of DHA and EPA attain 90% above. Now, Our Company can produce healthy & medical grade fish oil more than 920t, refined fish oil 3000t per year, the product exported to more than 20 foreign countries.
