河南邦杰食品股份有限公司是河南邦杰实业集团的控股子公司，是由河南邦杰实业集团作为主发起人，联合河南莲花味精集团、中国食品集团公司、中国肉类综合研究中心、河南省农业综合开发公司等四家股东共同设立的股份制企业。2002年底经河南省人民政府批准，在河南省工商行政管理局登记注册。
目前已形成以畜牧养殖、肉类屠宰综合加工为主导，集冷链运输、彩印包装、商业销售、物流配送、科研实体为一体的股份制公司。现有清真肉制品厂、清真肉联厂、肉制品厂、肉联厂、畜牧养殖厂、彩印包装厂等十二个分支机构和一个省级技术中心，拥有国内外先进生产设备800多台（套），年屠宰生猪25万头，屠宰黄牛6万头，分割鸡1200万只，配套有2000吨位冷库两座，铁路专用线一条。拥有进出口自营权，是**储备牛肉、猪肉的生产及储备单位、供港澳活猪配额企业及世行项目河南黄牛加工单位。企业被**农业部等九部委联合认定为“农业产业化经营**重点龙头企业”，被授予“全国质量管理先进企业”、“中国食品工业百强企业”，被中国工商银行河南工行及中国农业银行周口市分行评为信用等级**高级别“AAA”企业，2003年-2004年被河南省消费者协会授于商业服务业企业诚信单位等多项殊荣. 
“邦杰”牌肉类主导产品分清真和非清真两大系列，共有八大类800多个品种规格，八大类分别是中式高温软包装系列、西式灌肠系列、中西式低温系列、中式菜肴系列、酱卤制品系列、预冷保鲜小包装系列以及速冻食品系列等。产品销往全国20多个省、市、自治区，鲜、冻猪肉、牛肉产品出口到俄罗斯、阿联酋、中东、香港、澳门等**和地区。企业率先在全国肉类屠宰加工行业通过ISO9001国际质量管理体系和ISO14001环境管理体系双认证，建立了并全力实施 HACCP食品卫生安全保证体系。2002年，被北京市食品放心工程领导小组确定为获准进京企业。“邦杰”牌火腿肠被认定为“**免检产品”、“中国**产品”，“邦杰”食品被**权威部门认定为“**安全食品”、“无公害农产品”等称号，“邦杰”牌商标连续两次被河南省工商局认定为“**商标”。 2003年被授予“**批全国食品安全示范单位”、“中国机械化屠宰优势企业”、全国优质安全卫生食品生产企业”等荣誉称号。2004年初**批通过**质检总局QS市场准入认证。

BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Henan Bangjie CO., LTD. with livestock husbandry and meat processing as its main industry is a joint-stock enterprise integrated with cold transportation ,color printing packaging commercial sales, materials allocation ,science R.&D. etc.
It has more than 800 sets of equipment advanced both home and abroad, two cold storage with reserve capacity of 2000 tons, and one railway for its own transportation. The annual production capacity of Bangui is: slaughtering 60’000 heads of cattle, 12’000’000 heads of chicken, and 250’000 heads of raw pigs. The company is the processing and reserving unit for state reserved beef and pork, reserving unit for living livestock, and export- food- processing factory of our state. Moreover, it is the processing unit for Henan Cattle as the project of IBRD and state advanced enterprise on quality control and the state key enterprise on agriculture industrialization.
“Bangjie” meat product with more than 800 specifications in 8 leading varieties are: Chinese High-temperature, Soft-packing series, Western Sausage series, Chinese-Western, low-temperature series, Chinese Food series, Fast-frozen Food series, Pre-cold, Fresh series etc.
“Bangjie” product has both Chinese and Western flavor and its own peculiarity, so it is welcome all over country and exported to HongKong, Macau, Russia, and some countries and districts of Middle East. “Bangjie” product has successively gotten the honor of “China Top-quality Product”, “Henan Famous Product”, “China Famous Food” and so on. The company takes the lead in passing the ISO9002 international quality system attestation and the ISO14001 international environmental control system attestation in national meat food industry. In 2002, “Bangjie” ham was approved to be “China Famous Food”, “State product avoiding examination”, “State Non-hazard Food” and became the enterprise to supply safe meat for junior students of Peking. In 2003, “Bangjie” Muslim Beef and Mutton Product, Muslim Chinese Food got the honorary title of “The First Trademark in Food Industrialization of Henan Province”. In 2004,the company passed HACCP and QS attestation.
