企业简介       北京大千塑料制品厂是一家专业从事吸塑加工，注塑加工的企业。坐落于潮白河畔宋庄镇，紧邻著名的画家村。       厂区建筑面积近4000平米，其中无尘洁净车间280平米。拥有国内先进的吸塑、注塑设备，包括：全自动吸塑成型机、注塑机，正气压成型机、自动液压裁断机、冲床、厚片吸塑机、自动粘盒机、圆筒粘接机、折边机、高频热合机、吸塑包装机、CNC机床、电火花线切割机等。       成立近十年来，不断吸纳各方人才，提高企业自身人员的整体素质，完善内部管理。秉承“质量是企业的生命”的原则，使整个生产过程受控于ISO9001-2000质量体系之下。所有塑料制品均符合国家有关食品、工业品的有关环保和废物再利用标准．也可选择达到FDA、ROHS等相关标准。订单量从小到大均能自如生产，无小限制。      吸塑部使用PET、PVC、HIPS 、PP、BOPS、PS植绒、PS防静电、ABS等多种材料，生产各种托盘、塑料盒、泡罩。例如：防静电托盘、植绒托盒、对折盒、三折盒、蔬菜沙拉盒、草莓盒、鸡蛋盒、折叠胶盒、透明圆筒。可作电子、玩具、文具、日化用品、工艺品、药品、食品、礼品、五金制品等包装之用。       注塑部可生产各种塑料产品、塑料零部件。如：杯、盘、盒、汽车部件、机械配件、实验仪器部件、建材等。我们对PP、PE、EVA、TPU、ABS、PMMA、PS、AS、ASA、PBT、PA、PC、 POM、PPO、PPS、PVDF、PTFE等材料的注射成型具有一定的经验。        热忱欢迎各界朋友参观、考察和业务洽谈， 我们将以诚信、服务、质量、价格的来赢得您的。协助您在市场竞争中抢占商机，共同创造美好的明天。 l  Company Profile l  Beijing Daqian Plastic Co., Ltd. is a producer of plastic products by vacuum forming blister and injection molding in Tongzhou District, Beijing, China since 1990.The company grows constantly and currently operates its production on the plant of 4000 square meters, include 280 square meters dust-free workshop. l  To vacuum forming blister we use PET, PVC, HIPS, PP BOPS, PS flocking, PS static-free and ABS as materials producing trays, box, bubble column etc., those widely use to electron, toy, stationery, toiletries, art ware, medicine, foods, gifts and hardware package. l  To injection molding we use PP, PE, EVA, TPU, ABS, PMMA, PS, AS, ASA, PBT, PA, PC, POM, PPO, PPS, PVDF, PTFE as materials producing cups, trays, boxes,automobile components, machine fitting, lab instrument part and plastic building materials. l  We have automatic vacuum forming blister and injection molding machines, BOPS, auto-hydraulic cutting machine, punch, automatic gluing and folding machine, cylinder gluing machine, flanging machine,hot-unionizer, blister plastic wrapping machine, CNC machine tool and wire cut electro discharge machine use to difference products. l  Daqian plastic Co.,Ltd. operates under ISO9000 standards, all products match China national standards, items are all in compliance with the directives of RoHS” Restriction of The Use of Hazardous Substance”. l  Daqian plastic Co., Ltd.
