It covers 6000m² building area equipped with 10000 class clean room. We specialize in producing 121℃ heat-resistant retortable Al bag, transparent retortable bag, two-side bag and poached bags etc. Company introduces advanced soft packaging production equipment, testing and printing devices and production techniques, as well as high-standard work team, which ensures the high-quality products and original design can be provided. Professional packing solutions are available here for different customers. Our products accord to standards GB/T10004-1998, GB/T10005-1998 and GB9683-1988 and company passed ISO9001 successfully in June, 2007. In production, we use qualified solvent as required. The ink and adhesion agent drying plant also reach the related requirements. The drying process is strictly controlled and tested. The products are mainly applied to food vacuum packing, such as meat, fish, and grain etc. which are called “soft can”. Cooking bags in high temperature can kill all bacteria, in which case, the inside food shelf-life will be longer and food will be kept good in color, flavor and taste. Our food packing bags are divided into three types as per material structure: Type A (two-layer), Type B (three-layer) and Type C (four-layer).
