    公司占地面积5000平米，现有员工100余人，集研发、生产、销售于一体，年产800万米高档户外服装面料。公司同时拥有国内规模、国际的全电脑控制复合设备与涂层设备，现有复合面料生产线五条、涂层生产线一条，专业复合PTFE、TPU、PU等防水、透湿复合面料、涂层、PU革等面料。所有产品均通过国际认证机构测试质量合格。

    本公司采取特殊的复合与涂层工艺，PU涂层（透明胶、白胶、银胶、色胶、透湿胶）、TPU复合、PVC贴合、PU薄膜贴合、PU皮革及其它户外面料生产与加工，如防火阻燃、吸湿排汗、超泼水、抗紫外线、抗远红外线、抗黄变、抗菌、防静电、纳米竹炭及各种磨毛等。 使用的原料（PU环保油性胶和PUR环保热熔胶均为欧洲、美国进口）具有无毒、无味、耐水洗等优点，使客户用着放心，穿着舒心。产品百分百符合国际环保要求，远销欧美、亚洲各国和地区，业务伙伴遍及，极大地提升了客户的市场竞争优势。
    
    Shanghai Tongnuo Textile Co., Ltd. is located in Pudong New District, within 2 kilometers from Exit Sanlu Rd. on A20 Outer Ring Road, under good traffic facilities. Here is less than 30-minute drive to Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station and Shanghai South Railway Station.
    Our company owns an area of 5,000 square meters, with more than 100 employees, integrating research, production and marketing. 8,000,000 meters high quality outdoor sportswear fabrics are produced per year. We sess largest scaled and most advanced fully computerized compound and coating device. With five production lines for lamination fabric and one for coating fabric, we specialize in producing waterproof, water-resistant and poly urethane fabrics with PTFE, TPU, PU lamination etc. All products are in qualified quality and have passed international certificate authority tests.
    We have the most advanced compound and coating technology. The international certification of modernized management is applied in our company by inviting technical consultants (brain trust) from Taiwan, South Korea and Japan as our company’s foundation. We also focus on collecting update information in order to keep the advanced character of our products.
    Special compound and coating technology is adopted in our company, such as PU coating (transparent colloids, white latex, silver colloids, penetration colloids), TPU lamination, PVC lamination, PU thin films lamination, artificial leather and other outdoor sportswear fabrics processing, for instance, fire retardant, cooldry, durable water repellency, ultraviolet resistance, distal infra-red resistance, anti-yellowing, anti-bacteria, Nano-sized bamboo charcoal and all kinds of sanding. Raw materials (PU environmental protection oiliness adhesive and PUR environmental thermal melting adhesive are imported from Europe and America) are of advantages like innocuity, tastelessness, and wash resistance.
