一：外商自带车辆进口需要提供资料：
1：参数表、车主证（尽量提供）、购车发票。
2：车身出厂：长、宽、高
3：后尾部照片、车内照片、有关英文标牌照片
4：铭牌照片、车头和底盘来源、发动机号、车架号
5：箱单、发P、合同、提单
二：外商自带车辆进口报关操作流程及注意事项：
1：我司提供符合要求的外商指标名额，国外按照外商护照或是港澳台通行证上面的英文全称作为收货人发货到国内指定港口（一个外商名额只能作为一辆车的收货人使用，一个提单只能发一辆车使用一个外商名额），国外发货时提单必须填写外商英文全称不能有一个字母错误。

3：货物到港后我司先到船公司去换单拿到提单正本后，到外商工作地办理海关关封（关封：用于海关内部联系、交接有关单证所使用的印有“海关关封”字样，可以加封的信封，不可以私自拆开）海关关封办理好后直接寄到清关港口，开始清关货物进入特殊通道审批。
